Job summary

Clio in Manchester is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You’ll design and extend solutions on the Clio Operate platform for top 100 law firms worldwide, working across front-end and back-end to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.

You will collaborate with analysts, configurators, and engineers, gather requirements from client stakeholders, and present solutions. The role blends technical work with client-focused delivery in a fast-moving environment.

• The Professional Services team works directly with some of the world’s largest law firms to deliver tailored solutions built on the Sharedo platform. Our mission is to help clients define, execute, and manage complex legal work through a highly customizable engine

• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI

Back end

• C# (.NET)


• SQL Server (including query optimisation)


• A proven track record in hands-on software development, ideally on SaaS platforms at scale


• Deep technical knowledge (e.g. .NET CLR internals, advanced SQL tuning)


• Experience with event-driven architectures, event sourcing, or data streaming


• Broad exposure to multiple programming frameworks or languages


• Familiarity with tools in our ecosystem: Elastic, Kurrent, Azure, Pulumi
