Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) seeks a Senior Software System Setup & Integration Analyst to deliver our WorkForce Software Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) for diverse clients.

You will configure the product to meet client needs, participate in meetings and workshops, and guide complex admin and configuration challenges. You will perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting while advancing your consulting and leadership skills through training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Configure WorkForce Software Suite according to client requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools.
• Lead and participate in business requirements gathering and refinement with the client in meetings and client workshops.
• Comprehension of the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements and proper sequencing of product setting implementation.
• Understand the project scope and implementation approach while identifying and escalating out of scope requirements to key stakeholders.
• Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges.
• Communicate roadblocks and seek guidance in a timely manner.
• Create complex formulas leveraging mathematical and/or programming skills.
• Perform unit and system testing of configured application and ensure test cases pass as described by their requirements 4-6 Years experience in software implementations.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL.
• Experience in implementing or training on a packaged software system or highly complex internally developed application.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills with a strong emphasis on Excel.
• Understand waterfall and agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices in a services delivery role.
• Familiarity with a report writer such as crystal reports, Cognis, actuate, etc.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with the potential for international travel.

As a Senior Software System Setup & Integration Analyst , you will work to deliver our WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) in a way that solves the unique business challenges for each client., You will spend your day working with project teams to ensure our suite of products are being developed to comply with clients needs and are delivered successfully by configuring the software. A Senior Software System Setup & Integration Analyst performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting. You will continue to develop your skills in consulting, leadership, client relationships, and the knowledge of our products by taking training courses and maintaining certifications.,

• Configuration of the WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations, etc.) according to the client business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools
• Lead and participate in business requirements gathering and refinement with the client in meetings and client workshops. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, noticeable use cases and process diagrams.
• Comprehension of the WorkForce Software Product configuration requirements (i.e., correct naming conventions and how this impacts the database, customizing templates, troubleshoot settings, proper sequence of product setting implementation)
• Understand the project scope and implementation approach while identifying and escalating out of scope requirements to key stakeholders
• Guide complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges
• Communicate roadblocks and seek out guidance in a timely manner
