Job summary

Red Recruitment is seeking a Technical Claims Handler for a leading international law firm in Bristol City Centre. The role focuses on managing complex technical claims, acting as a subject matter expert, and supporting brokers, lawyers, investigators and assessors.

You should have extensive claims experience (10+ years) with strong relationship-building skills. The role offers 35 hours per week, permanent contract, hybrid after probation, and a salary up to £45,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling technical claims, with strong technical knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate with brokers, lawyers, investigators and assessors.
• Proven track record of building internal relationships across a firm.

Responsibilities

• Handling complex technical claims cases.
• Acting as a subject matter expert across the business.
• Providing technical and legislative claims expertise.
• Instructing and collaborating with claims partners.
• Developing and managing relationships with claims partners.
• Training new starters and supervising during peak periods.
