Job summary

Aviva in Norwich is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support technology change investments across cyber security, AI and transformation programmes. You will partner with Technology and Change leaders to ensure financial robustness and strategic alignment.

You will own financial planning, investment appraisal, forecasting and benefits tracking for a large change portfolio, and line-manage a small team while upholding strong governance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives, with exposure to technology change and the ability to understand financial data and use it to support decision-making.
• Strong commercial and financial management experience, with a track record of partnering through change and delivering business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to influence decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and navigate competing priorities.
• Good understanding of technology and its commercial drivers, combined with a collaborative and results-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support significant investment across technology change, cyber security, AI and business transformation programmes.
• Partner with Technology and Change leaders to provide insight, challenge and commercial guidance throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Be accountable for financial planning, investment appraisal, forecasting and benefits tracking across a large portfolio of change activity.
• Lead and develop a small team while maintaining strong financial governance and control.
