Job Description:

We have partnered with a global, leading digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a "Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst" to act as a critical link between business and technology teams, while managing other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and owning technical documentation
• Experience in data analysis, data modelling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas, perform data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design to development, testing, and deployment
• Experience building, refining, and prioritizing an agile backlog for technical implementation
• Proven experience collaborating with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, and Software Developers
• Ability to learn different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Experience with presales and business development activities, including RFPs, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors like Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Experience supporting internal team operations such as recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design, etc.
