Job Description:

We have partnered with a global digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst. The role acts as a bridge between business and technology teams, managing other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research to release
• Ability to build, refine, and prioritize an agile backlog
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, and Developers
• Ability to learn delivery methodologies like Scrum, SAFE, Waterfall
• Experience with presales, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors like Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, etc.
• Experience supporting internal operations, recruitment, client development, training, mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, User-Centered Design, etc.
