Job Description:

We have partnered with a global, leading digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation, and NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst to act as a critical link between business and technology teams, while managing other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into well-defined technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus, along with other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI); willingness to learn database schemas, perform data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design through development, testing, and release
• Ability to build, refine, and prioritize an agile backlog for technical implementation
• Proven experience working with technical teams, including Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, and Software Developers
• Ability to learn delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Experience with presales and business development activities, including RFPs, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Experience supporting internal team operations, including recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design, etc.
