Aviva is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a starting salary around £64,000. Location is Bristol or York with 50% office attendance.

The role supports the IWR Finance Transformation team, analysing processes, documenting requirements and delivering improvements for efficiency, data quality and compliance. You’ll work closely with business and tech stakeholders, shaping solutions and tracking progress across a large transformation programme in a regulated

This is a great job for someone who has a strong analytical mindset and experience in business analysis or change delivery, ideally within a finance function withinfinancial services.

Are you a Business Analyst looking to broaden into a more delivery-focused role or already working in a project or change environment and keen to deepen your impact across a large scale, complex transformation programme?

A bit about the job:

This role sits within the IWR (Insurance, wealth and retirements) Finance Transformation team and focuses on supporting change delivery across IWR Finance, either within our own portfolio, or as part of a Finance workstream on a programme funded outside of Finance. You’ll analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, and help deliver improvements that enhance efficiency, data quality and regulatory compliance.

Working closely with stakeholders across a large-scale transformation programme, Finance and Technology, you’ll act as a key link between business and technical teams. You’ll support end-to-end change delivery, helping to shape solutions, track progress and ensure initiatives align to strategic objectives.
