Job Description:

We have partnered with a global digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions. They are seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst to act as a key link between business and technology teams and to manage other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and other benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas and perform data manipulation tasks.
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery from research to development, testing, and release.
• Ability to build, refine, and prioritize an agile backlog for technical requirements.
• Proven experience collaborating with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, and Developers.
• Ability to learn different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall.
• Experience with presales & business development, including RFPs, demos, presentations, and bids.

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience across sectors such as Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Experience supporting internal team operations, including recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design, etc.
