Job Description:

We have partnered with a global digital & technology consultancy, specializing in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, seeking a Managing Consultant - Technical Business Analyst. This role acts as a vital link between business and technology teams and involves managing other Business Analysts. You will leverage your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into technical features that meet client goals and user needs.

This role is fully remote with occasional travel to London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.

Salary: £88,000 + £8,000 bonus and additional benefits.

Must Have Requirements & Experience:

• Must be eligible for or already possess SC Clearance
• Proven experience managing a team of Business Analysts
• Experience in the technical design and development of technology-based products
• Experience working with technical architecture and technical writing
• Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI). Willing to learn database schemas and perform data manipulation tasks such as cleaning, transformation, and aggregation
• Ability to facilitate end-to-end delivery, from research and solution design to development, testing, and release
• Ability to build, refine, and prioritize an agile backlog for technical implementation
• Proven experience collaborating with Architects, Data Engineers/Analysts, Technical Designers, and Software Developers
• Ability to learn different delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFE, and Waterfall
• Experience with presales & business development objectives, including RFPs, demos, presentations, and bids

Ideally, you would also have:

• Experience in sectors like Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail
• Experience supporting internal team operations, including recruitment, client development, line management, training, and mentoring
• Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, User-Centered Design, etc.
