Job summary

CNA Hardy is seeking a Senior/Technical Business Analyst to span business and technology change initiatives. You will lead requirements, analyse data and integration needs, and coordinate across business, data and technical teams to deliver complex solutions for insurance platforms.

You will guide analysis across large programmes, mentor juniors, and collaborate with third-party vendors while balancing priorities to achieve business value and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Essential minimum 5 years in a Senior/Technical BA role.
• Professional BA qualification (BCS, IIBA or equivalent).
• Proven experience delivering technology-enabled change in agile, waterfall or hybrid settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute business analysis approaches aligned to objectives.
• Analyse problems and translate into artefacts for business and tech audiences.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead collaboration with architects, developers and vendors on APIs and integrations.
• Maintain traceability from objectives to delivered outcomes.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive capability development.
