Job summary

Mass Consultants seeks an IT Technical Authority to lead technical assurance across infrastructure and network services on-site at Corsham. You will act as the final escalation point for complex decisions, ensuring secure, resilient platforms engineered to high standards.

You will work with engineering teams, service delivery and customers, providing authoritative guidance, challenging assumptions, and aligning technology decisions with long-term goals.

Qualifications

• Senior technical authority with experience in infrastructure, networks or platform engineering.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight and approval of infrastructure, network and platform designs.
• Review and challenge technical decisions to ensure security and standards alignment.
• Lead change governance and CAB engagement with engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and drive best practices in resilience and performance.
