Job summary

You will lead architectural governance, craft cloud-native patterns (AWS/Azure), and align security, data, and integration strategies with governance boards.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise architecture experience in public sector environments.
• Proven cloud design across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Security architecture expertise including IAM, OAuth2/OIDC, and encryption.
• Experience advising executives and governance boards on architecture.

Responsibilities

• Led the technical architecture workstream, defining solution boundaries and risks.
• Designed cloud-native patterns across AWS and Azure, APIs and data platforms.
• Established security, identity, governance frameworks for compliance.
• Collaborated with delivery, data and product teams to shape operating models.
• Guided prototyping to ensure viability and alignment with strategy.
• Defined technical success measures and pilots for progression.
• Presented recommendations and risk assessments to senior stakeholders.
