Job summary

WalkMe Ltd. in London is seeking a Technical Architect to bridge Solution Architecture and Account Management, owning the technical side of delivery for complex deployments and ensuring the right foundation for digital adoption.

You will lead onboarding, deployment, integrations and provide architectural guidance with Product, Engineering, Support and Customer Success teams, driving alignment with customer goals and our roadmap. Proficiency in English and German is required.

Qualifications

Experience with web technologies and building with APIs.
Knowledge of Chromium-based extension APIs and permissions.
Hands-on software deployment experience across Windows, macOS and VDI.
Experience with Identity and Access Management including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SSO and MFA.
Working understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud delivery models and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and technical readiness for new customers and deployments.
Deploy and integrate WalkMe into customer environments, including identity providers and API integrations.
Act as the main technical advisor for accounts, guiding architecture decisions and best practices.
