You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture and Security teams, leading through technical excellence and deep hands-on involvement rather than people management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on engineering with strong architectural decision-making skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale systems and guiding multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Define technical architecture and direction across multiple teams and platforms.
• Lead architectural decisions covering scalability, security, performance and reliability.
• Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews and complex technical problem-solving.
• Drive platform modernisation and reduce technical debt.
• Establish engineering standards, coding practices and automated testing.
• Champion CI/CD, DevOps, infrastructure as code and cloud-native development.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads, influencing decisions across teams.
• Work with senior stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Support production systems, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
