Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Technical and Quality Manager to join a leading international supplier based in Birmingham.
This role involves working closely with technical and sample teams in the UK and China to maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the supply base to uphold quality standards
• Collaborating with UK and China teams on samples, fabrics, and risk management
• Visiting suppliers to build relationships, create SOPs, and generate quality reports
• Ensuring adherence to relevant standards in collaboration with customers

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Technical and Quality Manager working with UK companies
• Experience with offshore manufacturing, preferably in Bangladesh
• Hands-on experience with factories
