Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong 3GPP/4G-5G technical background with regulatory exposure.
• Experience with satellite GEO/LEO and optical access networks.
• Understanding of Carrier Ethernet, MPLS, and IP transport.
• Familiarity with broadcasting tech (DTT) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership across telecoms technologies.
• Shape regulatory thinking, strategic programmes and policy decisions.
