Here is where you step in. You’re a seasoned, technically minded TAM, ready to become the go-to expert for customers. They’ve signed the dotted line and now need you to show them how excellent the tools are. You’ll guide them on the full implementation, taking them seamlessly through the post-sales journey into a fully fledged platform believer!
You’ll engage and manage all things product from software engineers to the C-suite, building lasting relationships and helping clients unlock maximum value from their data. This could be anything from onboarding complex systems, tackling integration challenges, or leading technical sessions that showcase just how brilliant this product is.
This is a high-impact role that demands serious technical firepower. You’ll need deep experience with cloud tooling, hands-on knowledge of observability tools e.g., Grafana, DataDog, or Splunk, and the ability to troubleshoot containerized environments like a pro. You have the technical knowledge and the confidence to convey this to whoever needs to hear it.
