Apple is seeking an expert technology transactions attorney to join our Product & Commercial Legal group in London. This role supports the Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team across Europe and the Emerging Markets with hands-on structuring, drafting and negotiating of complex technology and commercial agreements.

You will advise on regulatory and privacy issues, data protection, and strategic partnerships, working with a global, cross-functional team.

Qualificações

• Significant experience structuring, drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, with strong intellectual property law and technology transactions background preferred.
• Familiarity with digital wallets, e-commerce, contactless payments, digital identity, and other related platforms and services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high contract volumes while maintaining quality and commercial focus.
• Experience advising on laws and regulations applicable to collecting, storing, and using personal information.
• Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a regulated environment or with governmental entities a plus.
• Experience working in an international team a plus.
• Strong work ethic and collaboration skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on the legal and regulatory aspects of Apple’s products and services across payments, rewards, installments, e-commerce, AI, identity, access and transit.
• Structure, draft, and negotiate complex commercial contracts with Apple’s partners and customers, and
• Advise on the expansion of certain Apple services across Europe and the Emerging Markets.
