Job summary

Kainos is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Resourcer for a six-month FTC to build high-quality tech pipelines in Delivery Management, Product, Engineering, AI and Cyber Security. You’ll partner with TA Partners and Leads to turn first conversations into lasting connections and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

You’ll use LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom and market mapping to attract passive and active candidates, shaping sourcing strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing or recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally within technical hiring.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom.
• Proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence working with sourcing metrics and performance data.
• Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market trends and advanced search techniques.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team.
