• Stable, continuous track record at current or most recent firm.
• Proven 360 billing numbers you can evidence.
• Confidence with senior, technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivation and organisation to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own a full 360 desk focused on the Berlin tech market.
• Win new clients and build long-term partnerships with Berlin tech companies.
• Manage existing client base; advise on hiring, salary benchmarking, and market trends.
• Headhunt senior engineering, AI/ML and tech leadership talent.
• Take roles from brief to offer; manage interviews and relocation support as needed.
• Handle high-value roles with strong commissions and repeat business.
