SF Technology Partners is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to own a technology desk, develop client relationships and place top tech talent across the UK. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement while building a trusted network of clients and candidates.

You will drive new business, nurture long-term partnerships and elevate your personal brand within a fast-moving tech market, supported by a market-leading commission structure and clear progression

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
• Proven track record of winning and developing business.
• Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach.
• A track record of billing success.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• An interest in technology and curiosity to learn a new market.
