Job summary

AVEVA in Beijing seeks a Senior Tech Recruiter to support growth of our software R&D and engineering teams in China. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, partner with leaders and HR to build strong pipelines and ensure a premier candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in technical recruitment, strong stakeholder management, bilingual Mandarin and English, and experience with Workday or similar ATS in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• 8+ years of technical recruitment experience, especially in software/AI/R&D.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in China, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with R&D, Product, Engineering leaders, HRBP, and TA teams to align hiring with business goals.
• Develop and execute Taiwan/China market-specific recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
