Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Cloud & Ecosystem Test Lead to drive cloud platform planning, architecture and operations in our Beijing/Shanghai sites. You will lead infrastructure design, deployment, monitoring and SaaS run environments, ensuring high availability and performance, while collaborating with R&D and Global teams to advance cloud capabilities and DevOps practices.

• Design, deploy and operate cloud infrastructure with emphasis on reliability and performance.
• Drive DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, automation) and ensure SaaS stability and scalability.
• Coordinate with Global teams to align platform features and integrations.

• 负责公司云平台整体规划、架构设计与技术路线制定
• 基于云平台（优先阿里云）完成基础设施设计、部署与运维体系建设
• 主导大型项目的云端部署、监控、优化与运维管理
• 搭建高可用、高性能的SaaS运行环境，保障系统稳定性与扩展性
• 支持R&D团队提升工程效率，推动云资源与开发流程的深度融合
• 协助R&D团队完成各类SaaS功能（尤其AI相关能力）的上线与运维
• 设计并推动内部信息系统（如许可证系统、客户反馈系统等）的集成与落地
• 推动DevOps体系建设（CI/CD、自动化部署、监控告警等）
• 对接Global系统与平台，保障系统兼容与协同运行

任职要求

• 本科及以上学历，计算机、云计算或相关专业
• 熟练掌握至少一种主流云平台（优先阿里云）的架构设计与运维（包括ECS、VDI、VPC网络等）
• 具备大型项目云部署、运维及优化经验
• 熟悉SaaS系统架构及运维体系
• 具备良好的系统设计能力和跨团队协作能力
• 熟悉DevOps流程及相关工具链
• 具备较强的英语听说读写能力（需与Global团队协作）

加分项

• 有AI平台或AI SaaS部署经验
• 熟悉多云或混合云架构
• 有团队管理经验
