Job summary

Evolve Commercial is seeking a Senior Commercial & Procurement Consultant to join our team in a consulting capacity, supporting clients on complex technology programmes in the UK. You will deliver expert commercial advice, manage client and supplier relationships, and help grow the business by winning new opportunities.

The role requires strong procurement knowledge across public sector frameworks, IT procurement, and risk management, with a flexible, travel-friendly approach to work.

Qualifications

• Accreditation: CIPS/MCIPS or IACCM preferred.
• Strong business acumen; adapt to diverse clients.
• Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations and Defence/Public SecRegulations advantageous.
• Understanding of cloud, PaaS, SaaS procurement from a business perspective.
• Identify and manage commercial risk and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and supplier relationships and performance.
• Drive sales opportunities to support growth.
• Develop procurement and commercial strategies.
• Author business cases for procurements and tenders.
• Manage tender activities under public sector frameworks; perform value-for-money analyses.
• Advise on regulatory compliance for client policies and procedures.
• Maintain auditable contract management files.
