Dayshape in the United Kingdom is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a cross-functional product engineering team, blending technical excellence with people leadership.

You will manage 2-6 engineers, shape architecture, drive objectives with the engineering leadership team, and collaborate with product managers, services and customers. Open to remote for the right candidate in the UK, with occasional travel to Edinburgh. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Direct line management experience is not essential, but you must be able to demonstrate leadership.
• Strong full-stack developer with our stack: .NET (framework & Core), Azure, Vue.js, vanilla JS/CSS/HTML.
• Experience working with agile development teams on large software products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with your cross-functional team to plan and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Take ownership of features and technical initiatives and ensure success.
• Line-manage 2-6 engineers, conduct 1:1s and support personal development planning.
• Contribute to architecture, design and technology decisions.
• Prioritise, scope product features and work with product managers.
