Job summary
Lenovo is seeking a senior legal partner to serve as a key legal advisor for the Solutions and Services Group in Europe and META. You will manage complex multi-country services contracts, advise on regulatory and commercial issues, and coordinate with Lenovo’s global legal and business teams to drive successful deal outcomes.

Qualifications
- J.D. Degree and 12+ years negotiating complex multi-country services contracts in IT/telecoms environments.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills for enterprise technology services or managed services agreements.
- Experience partnering with sales/commercial teams in deal-driven environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a global organization with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the legal workstream for SSG services and solutions transactions across Europe and META.
- Negotiate with customers and counterparties to drive deal outcomes and resolve contractual issues.
- Provide legal support on regulatory and commercial issues for Lenovo services, software, and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal/external counsel and cross-region teams to develop templates and playbooks.
- Ensure compliance with contracting policies, risk frameworks, AI governance, and governance programs.
