Job summary

Kingsley Green Recruitment is partnering with a leading global technology organisation to appoint a Senior Commercial Counsel to support its Services & Solutions business across Europe and the Middle East & Africa. This role is remote with a London/Amsterdam hybrid footprint and covers devices, infrastructure and managed services.

You will lead the legal workstream on multi-country transactions, negotiate with customers, collaborate with sales and finance, advise on commercial risks,

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent legal qualification.
• 12+ years negotiating multi-country technology/services contracts.
• Significant experience with enterprise technology and managed services.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience partnering with sales in transactions.
• Strong commercial awareness and profitability drivers.
• Excellent judgement in risk prioritisation.
• Experience in large, global organisations with multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence representing the legal function to customers/third parties.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal workstream for multi-country services and solutions transactions, from negotiation to execution.
• Negotiate directly with customers and counterparties, building trusted relationships.
• Partner with sales and commercial teams to structure and close large deals.
• Advise on contractual commitments and support new services/software solutions.
• Provide pragmatic advice on commercial, regulatory and contractual issues.
• Collaborate with lawyers, subject matter experts and regional stakeholders.
• Develop playbooks, templates and contracting tools for the business.
• Coordinate with internal and external counsel as needed.
• Ensure transactions align with governance, risk and AI governance requirements.
