Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Senior technical business analysis experience.
• Experience in a Clinical Research Organisation or healthcare environment.

• Translate business, quality, regulatory, and operational needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Elicit, document, and manage detailed requirements for new and existing systems.
• Own configuration of SaaS, COTS, low-code/no-code, workflow, and reporting solutions.
• Prepare detailed requirements, test planning, and change-management artefacts for delivery.
• Support Quality Management and Computer Systems Validation activities with traceable documents.
