ParalympicsGB is seeking a Senior Team Services Manager to oversee complex projects across Team Services and Performance and Athlete Services. The role supports recruitment and development of the Games-time structure and collaborates with senior leaders to drive ParalympicsGB’s strategic priorities for LA 2028 and beyond.

You’ll provide proactive, practical support to maintain momentum, manage project delivery and remove barriers, delivering outputs and high‑quality briefing papers.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of complex projects across Team Services and Performance and Athlete Services.
• Support recruitment and development of ParalympicsGB Games time structure.
• Provide proactive, practical support to maintain momentum and ensure outputs are delivered.
• Produce high‑quality reports, presentations and briefing papers for senior leadership.
• Work with Director and Heads to progress ParalympicsGB’s strategic priorities for LA 2028.
