As set out in our strategy, Championing Change , we drive positive, sustainable change for disabled people in the UK, using the positive power of the Paralympics and Paralympic athletes to inspire a change in attitudes to disability and bring about equality for disabled people in sport, education and society.

We are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader, reflecting our passion for disability inclusion. We are committed to supporting people with disabilities or long-term conditions by removing barriers that they may face at work.
