Job summary

ParalympicsGB in London is seeking a Senior Team Services Manager to lead complex projects across the sport team, delivering on ParalympicsGB’s strategic priorities and helping to assemble a Best Prepared team for LA 2028 and beyond.

You will work closely with the Director and Heads of the sport team to coordinate Project Delivery, Team Services and Performance and Athlete Services, and to support recruitment and development of the Games-time structure.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex projects across a sport organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex multi-project delivery across Team Services and Performance and Athlete Services.
• Support recruitment and development of the ParalympicsGB Games-time structure.
• Produce high-quality reports, briefings and briefing papers for senior leaders.
