Job summary

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a Band 7 Team Leader to join the CYP Neurodevelopmental Service on a six-month secondment. The role emphasizes compassionate, visible leadership with a focus on quality, performance and the needs of children and families.

The post is open to current trust employees or those on long-term placement with NHSP, and offers opportunities to broaden leadership experience at Band 7 level during an exciting service development phase.

Qualifications

• Current professional qualification (RMN, RN, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist).
• Evidence of continuous and recent professional development and post qualification training.
