Depending on the banded position, you will need relevant skills to lead and contribute to the holistic assessment of a child's needs considering developmental, environmental and social factors. You will be responsible for assessment, formulation, consultation and advice being offered to children and families. You will be encouraged to develop your skills, knowledge and interests in this clinical field and to contribute to all aspects of service and staff development. There are also opportunities for development of audit, research and further development of the services. You will join an enthusiastic and compassionate expert team delivering high quality services to work in partnership with parents to ensure that their child's needs are understood. The team are all based within one centre creating a cohesive, strong and highly supportive multi-disciplinary environment.
