Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a frontline team of Employment Specialists.
• Proven ability to manage KPI performance and external relationships.
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience with complex/vulnerable client groups.
• DBS check; employer-paid.

• Provide line management, meetings, appraisals, supervision, and complex-case support.
