Job summary

Get Set UK is recruiting for a senior leadership role to oversee a Specialist Supported Employment team across Hertfordshire, including St Albans, Watford and Hatfield. You will supervise frontline employment support while remaining hands-on with a full caseload in year one.

You will lead with IPS fidelity principles, manage partnerships with health services and employers, and drive quality and performance improvements. Travel across the region is required.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in health, social care, disability or employment support.
• Experience in management/leadership roles within employability or health and social care.
• Experience supervising or mentoring colleagues in employability or related services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialist Supported Employment team with frontline delivery and caseload management.
• Ensure IPS fidelity and delivery of funded outcomes.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with health services, referrers and employers.
• Monitor data quality, performance information and fidelity learning.
• Travel across Hertfordshire to cover the regional service area.
