Job summary

Lancaster University’s Entrepreneurship and Strategy department is seeking a Teaching Fellow/Senior Teaching Fellow in Strategy, with strengths in Corporate Strategy, International Business Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Research Methods. This 0.8 FTE, fixed-term post runs for one year and begins early January 2027, with hybrid working options.

The role involves teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programs, supervision of research students, and active scholarship.

Qualifications

• Experience of teaching undergraduates, postgraduates or executive education.
• Commitment to raising the department's profile through stakeholder engagement.
• Supervision of dissertations/research students, scholarship activity, grant applications and consultancy projects.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess across undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programs.
• Supervise dissertations and contribute to research output and scholarship.
• Engage with external stakeholders to enhance teaching and impact of the department.
