Job summary

Lancaster University in the UK is inviting applications for a Teaching Fellow/Senior Teaching Fellow in Strategy. The role is 0.8 FTE for one year, with teaching and scholarship responsibilities, starting January 2027.

We seek someone with experience teaching undergraduates, postgraduates or executive education, ready to raise the department's profile through varied stakeholder engagement and supervision of dissertations and research students.

Qualifications

• Experience of teaching undergraduates, postgraduates or executive education.
• A keenness to raise the profile of the department through engagement with a variety of stakeholders.
• Commitment to supervision of dissertation/research students, scholarship activity, grant applications and consultancy projects.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programmes in Strategy.
• Contribute to scholarship and research activities within the department.
• Supervise dissertations and research students as part of the teaching role.
