Job summary

Lancaster University is seeking a Student Programmes Coordinator to join the Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences (FHASS) Education Services team. The role starts December 2026 and is offered on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis until July 2027, with potential hybrid or on‑campus working arrangements.

You will support the student experience, provide administrative assistance, and work with the Faculty Education Services Manager and Programme Officers across several schools.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support is desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student programmes within FHASS to enhance the student experience.
• Provide high-quality administrative support under the supervision of the Student Programmes Officers.
• Contribute to workload planning and participate in cross-team activities as required.
