The Boulevard Academy is part of Thrive Co‑operative Learning Trust and is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support intervention work and assist in planning and resource preparation under the guidance of the Class Lead.

The role includes deputising for the Class Lead and supervising pupils as needed, with 35 hours per week during term time plus five additional days. The Trust emphasizes safe recruitment and equal opportunities across its schools.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement agreed work programmes with individuals or groups.
• Assist with planning cycles and resource preparation.
• Deputise for the Class Lead and supervise the pupil cohort when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist interventions and contribute to planning of interventions.
• Assist the teacher/Class Lead in planning, preparation and delivery of activities.
• Provide support for pupils to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
