You will work under supervision to maximise pupil development and contribute to safeguarding and inclusive practice. Experience in small groups, Level 3 TA qualification, and collaborative team work are essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience leading small groups or working with individuals.
• Ability to support maths in early years and key stage 1.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning under supervision.
• Provide 1-1 maths support and group activities.
• Assist in Reception/Year One class and supervise briefly when needed.
