You’ll support colleagues, guide staff, and be ready to roll up your sleeves across class support, operations or even serving meals.

I'm working exclusively on a confidential opportunity for an experienced SEND education professional to step into a senior, hands-on role within a specialist setting.

This isn't quite a traditional teaching role.

I'm looking for someone who:

• Has strong SEND experience and credibility within a specialist setting
• Is confident enough to support and guide other staff
• Can take an instruction and run with it
• Is adaptable, proactive and quick to learn
• Is completely comfortable rolling their sleeves up - whether that's supporting in class, helping staff, sorting an operational problem or even serving lunches!
• Understands that sometimes the priority is simply doing whatever needs to be done for the pupils and the team

There is senior leadership in place, so this isn't about coming in and taking over. It's about being an experienced, dependable additional pair of hands who can hit the ground running and bring some extra capacity and confidence to the team.
