Affinia, the UK’s fastest growing purpose-led accountancy firm, is recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager to lead a high-profile portfolio and deliver expert advisory work. You will manage client relationships, guide a team, and drive growth within the Tax Service Line across multiple offices.

Hybrid working between the Sidcup office and client sites is offered, with training and development opportunities provided.

Qualifikationen

• Strong tax technical knowledge and advisory experience.
• Ability to spot tax planning opportunities and progress with clients.
• Proven track record managing a varied tax portfolio.
• Autonomous and able to lead others.

• Ability to mentor junior staff through clear feedback.
• Builds strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Manage a large portfolio of corporate entities.
• Oversee the team’s tax compliance cycle and HMRC filings.
• Lead annual filing processes for compliance matters.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and pursue them.
• Mentor junior tax staff and provide training.
• Drive new business opportunities and fee revenues.
• Promote Tax Service Line across the group.
