As Senior Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager, you will be part of the Global Tax Team, reporting to the Group Tax Director. You will lead all aspects of tax reporting and compliance, managing two direct reports.

Key duties include:

• Managing UK and international tax compliance returns and payments for UK and Group entities (e.g., UK CT returns, CFC, Corporate Interest Restriction, CbCR, Pillar 2, etc.)
• Reviewing data prepared for Group entities to calculate Total Tax Contribution (TTC)
• Overseeing the production of the Group’s consolidated tax charge and disclosures in the Annual Report & Accounts, managing timelines for year-end and half-year accounts
• Preparing Statutory Accounts for Group Treasury and Holding entities, supported by the Tax Reporting Manager
• Reviewing and signing off on the Group’s quarterly tax charge calculations
• Managing forecasted tax charges and reviewing quarterly forecasts
• Providing ad-hoc tax advice and driving process and technology improvements for efficiency and innovation

About you:

• ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Proven tax reporting expertise
• UK Corporate Tax trained (Big 4 or top 10 firm)
• Advanced Excel skills for data interrogation and mapping
• Commercial experience preferred but not essential
• Flexible working arrangements, open to full-time or 4-day part-time
• At least 1 day per week in the City office
