As Senior Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager, you will be part of the Global Tax Team, reporting to the Group Tax Director. You will lead all aspects of tax reporting and compliance, managing two direct reports.

Key duties include:

• Managing UK and international tax compliance returns and payments for UK and Group entities (e.g., UK CT returns, CFC, Corporate Interest Restriction, CbCR, Pillar 2, etc.).
• Reviewing data prepared for Group entities for calculating Total Tax Contribution (TTC).
• Overseeing the production of the Group’s consolidated tax charge and related disclosures in the Annual Report & Accounts, ensuring timely completion for year-end and half-year accounts.
• Managing the preparation of Statutory Accounts for all Group Treasury and Holding entities, supported by the Tax Reporting Manager.
• Reviewing and approving the calculation of the Group’s quarterly tax charge.
• Managing the forecast tax charge for Group entities and reviewing quarterly forecasts.
• Providing ad-hoc tax advice as needed, and driving process and technology improvements for efficiency and innovation.

About you:

• ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in tax reporting.
• UK Corporate Tax trained (Big 4 or top 10 firm).
• Advanced Excel skills for data interrogation and mapping.
• Commercial experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible working arrangements; open to full-time or 4-day part-time work.
• At least one day per week in the City office.
