Your new company

My client is a global business, US-headquartered, with extensive reach throughout Europe. An opportunity has become available within their tax team to work on UK and International Corporate Tax matters for their European division. A major supplier in business-to-business sales in telecommunications, offering a portfolio of products and solutions to their clients. This would be a great opportunity for a qualified professional moving from practice, at an Assistant Manager or Junior Manager level. Previous in-house experience is also valued.

Your new role

• Join the European tax team based in the UK
• Assist in tax compliance and reporting obligations for multiple entities across Europe
• Ensure quarterly tax provisioning for European entities
• Prepare and review corporate tax provisions and disclosures for statutory accounts
• Engage in Transfer Pricing, International Tax Advisory, and Tax Governance matters, supporting the wider finance team
• Review and coordinate transfer pricing documentation
• Participate in tax advisory, restructuring, and Transfer Pricing work in Europe
• Liaise with external advisors for European corporate tax returns, instalment payments, and monitoring local tax law changes
• Assist with UK tax governance requirements, including SAO & CCO
• Review and mentor other Tax Team members

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a qualified accountant or tax professional (CTA, ACA, ACC, or ATT). Experience moving from practice or in-house is preferred. Familiarity with OneSource is desirable.

What you'll get in return
