You will lead instructors, design annual training plans and drive high standards of safety and professionalism across the force.

Qualifications

• Qualified and competent taser lead instructor or achieve the qualification within agreed timescales.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience in delivering and managing police training & instructors.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, training strategy and operational management for taser capability.
• Lead, supervise and develop taser instructors, support staff and manage performance and professional development.
• Design and approve the annual taser training plan and instructor training programmes.
