Job summary

British Council is seeking a Talent Attraction & Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche roles across Cultural Engagement, International Operations, and English & Exams. You will partner with senior leaders to design role profiles, drive direct sourcing, and build diverse talent pipelines, leveraging market intelligence and advanced ATS tools.

You will also guide hiring managers on structured interviewing, inclusive practices, and data-driven recruitment

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting senior-level, director-level roles
• Ability to build proactive talent pipelines and engage passive candidates
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and hiring managers

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialist and niche positions
• Partner with senior leaders to translate workforce needs into profiles and strategies
• Develop targeted direct sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates
• Use market intelligence and tools to inform hiring and workforce planning
