About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our DeepTech team. While we operate remotely, you will be expected to visit clients onsite in Reading to build strong relationships. Our Talent Partners work with innovative companies like Snyk, ASOS, and Portswigger, designing recruitment processes for rapid growth and niche roles. We focus on outcomes over KPIs, leveraging data-driven decision-making through our bespoke dataverse. We value hiring and retaining top talent professionals and encourage innovative, forward-thinking ideas.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Visiting clients twice a week to foster relationships
  • Developing and implementing attraction and delivery strategies
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder and candidate relationships
  • Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment process design and headhunting for niche roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers as one team
  • Conducting recruiter screens and managing interview debriefings
  • Maintaining accurate data to influence stakeholders
  • Delivering weekly and monthly reports
  • Participating in weekly project team meetings
  • Proactively designing solutions and sharing knowledge
  • Staying informed on market trends and conditions
