Experienced Recruiter – Team Lead - (Technology Perm)

Open to a strong Senior/Principal Recruitment consultant who is looking to step up into a management position.

Position Overview:

This role presents a chance for talented individuals to not only contribute to our growing team but also to build and lead their own teams. As a Sales Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top tier technical talent and building your division and driving sales.

Responsibilities:

• Build a successful high performing sales team
• Develop and drive in sales using our client development strategy
• Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top technical talent across your division.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to build a high-performing team.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Act as a mentor and leader to your team, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.
• Drive high performance across your team and business unit.
• Create a collaborative team culture, keeping them motivated by promoting things like incentives and sales days.
• Collaborate across teams to drive shared goals and contribute to overall business success.

Strategic Planning and Growth:

• Work closely with the senior leadership team to understand business objectives and ensure recruitment strategies align with overall company goals.
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
